Dui Crash Naytahwaush Minnesota in Naytahwaush, Minnesota: A Moorhead man was arrested Saturday evening after the car he is accused of driving went off the roadway, jumped an approach, and landed on a building near Naytahwaush in Mahnomen County. The alleged driver, Charles Ortley, 36, of Moorhead, was located several hundred yards west of the crash site and apprehended after a short foot pursuit. A resident was inside the building at the time but was not injured. Pills and open alcohol bottles were found inside the vehicle, and Ortley appeared highly intoxicated but refused sobriety tests; witnesses said he had arrived at a party already intoxicated before the crash.
