Hit And Run Fatal Wisconsin in fatal, Wisconsin: Alan Ontiveros, 23, of Milwaukee, is charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and second-degree reckless homicide in connection with a deadly June 21, 2026 crash at 11th Street and Greenfield Avenue in Milwaukee's Walker's Point neighborhood. Prosecutors say Ontiveros admitted to drinking five or six alcoholic drinks on an empty stomach within an hour of the crash and that he had never been issued a valid driver's license. Surveillance video allegedly showed his 2015 Buick LaCrosse crossing the center line and striking a 2007 Honda Civic driven by Faisal Hussain, 47, of Milwaukee, who was killed. Officers chased Ontiveros on foot after witnesses identified him as the driver trying to flee the scene, and an open can of vodka seltzer was found inside his car.
