Dui Crash Of Ashland Kentucky in of Ashland, Kentucky: Marly Kinney, 19, of Ashland, Ky., went missing on June 24, 2026, after she failed to return with a group of friends on a rented pontoon boat at Grayson Lake Marina. Her body was recovered near Grayson Lake on June 28, 2026, at around 3:45 p.m. by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources. The boat's captain, 23-year-old Cameron Conley, was arrested and charged with operating a boat or watercraft while intoxicated after state troopers reported smelling alcohol on him and a breathalyzer test allegedly showed a blood alcohol level of 0.137%, above Kentucky's 0.08% boating limit.
