Drowning Bob Wentz Texas in Bob Wentz, Texas: A man disappeared while swimming in the main channel of Lake Travis near Bob Wentz Park on Friday evening after a 911 caller reported he had gone underwater and failed to resurface, according to the Travis County Sheriff's Office. Lake patrol deputies responded at 6:23 p.m. Friday. His body was located Saturday afternoon using the sheriff's office's remotely operated underwater camera system, and Texas Parks and Wildlife divers recovered the body. The sheriff's office said the man's identity will not be publicly released and that there is currently no indication of a criminal incident.
