Dui Crash Pennsylvania Today in Pennsylvania: Logan Christopher Yeater, 29, of Mifflin County, is charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and related offenses after a head-on collision on Old Philadelphia Pike in East Lampeter Township that killed Roberts. Witnesses told police the westbound Chevrolet crossed the double yellow line and struck the eastbound Honda head-on. Yeater was taken to a hospital with chest pain, and a blood draw less than an hour after the crash showed methamphetamine and other drugs in his system; police later found a glass pipe, 3.3 grams of meth, and paraphernalia near the crash site. Yeater waived his preliminary hearing and the case is heading to Lancaster County Court.
