Man arrested after stabbing seven commuters at Penn Station
Assault New York New York in New York, New York: Hector Deleon, 51, allegedly entered the NJ Transit area of Penn Station in Midtown Manhattan on June 7, 2026, and stabbed seven unsuspecting commuters in a bloody rampage. Two victims, ages 60 and 42, tried to fight back — one used his backpack to shield the attack before the suspect allegedly plunged a double-sided knife into his throat. Deleon was arrested by Amtrak Police and is charged with attempted murder; he is due back in court July 27.
