Dui Crash Longview Texas in Longview, Texas: On June 27, 2026, around 7:50 p.m., Longview Police Officers responded to the 2200 block of West Loop 281 in reference to a crash involving two SUVs. During the investigation, officers determined the driver of the Jeep crossed the median, striking the Tahoe. The Tahoe had five occupants, and the driver was killed in the crash. The driver of the Jeep, identified as 45-year-old Casey Johnson of Longview, was arrested and charged with Intoxication Manslaughter, a second-degree felony, and Intoxication Assault, a third-degree felony. The crash remains under investigation by the Longview Police Department Traffic Unit.
