Shooting Livonia Michigan in Livonia, Michigan: A 61-year-old man was shot and killed by Livonia police on Sunday around 7 p.m. after a home exploded when he allegedly cut gas lines. While the Livonia Fire Department was extinguishing the fire, the man was found hiding in bushes in the backyard and was shot after refusing to cooperate with officers. Michigan State Police are investigating the shooting while Livonia police continue to investigate the fire.
