Juvenile dies after DUI crash into flooded creek in Hardin…
Dui Crash Kentucky Today in Kentucky: Kentucky State Police are investigating a single-vehicle DUI crash in Hardin County after a 2005 Ford Mustang overturned and became partially submerged in a flooded creek near the 860 block of Bewley Hollow Road just before 9 p.m. Saturday. The driver, 44-year-old David Rhodes of Elizabethtown, lost control of the vehicle, which trapped Rhodes and two juvenile passengers inside. Rhodes and one juvenile were treated for minor injuries and released from Baptist Health Hardin, while the other juvenile was transferred to Norton Children's Hospital in Louisville with life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead on Sunday. Heavy rainfall and widespread flooding were impacting the area at the time of the crash.
