Richard Rogers, 55, of Nashville, was taken into custody and charged with 17 offenses, including first-degree fleeing and evading, first-degree wanton endangerment, DUI-controlled substance, leaving the scene of an accident with failure to render aid, and operating on a suspended license, and was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
