Haverhill man killed in Boston wrong-way crash on Interstat…

Hit And Run Boston Massachusetts in Boston, Massachusetts: A 28-year-old Haverhill man, Riley Sergi, was killed Saturday night just before 11 p.m. in Boston when his Chevrolet Cruze was struck head-on by a 2004 Cadillac Escalade driven by 81-year-old Antone Carvalho of Somerset, who was allegedly driving southbound in the northbound lanes of Interstate 93. Both drivers were taken to Boston-area hospitals, where Sergi died from his injuries. Two other vehicles—a Honda Odyssey and an Audi A4—attempted to avoid the wrong-way driver and also crashed. Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden said his office would investigate the circumstances of the crash.
