Assault Gaithersburg Maryland in Gaithersburg, Maryland: Montgomery County police charged Sean Robinson, 39, of Gaithersburg with first-degree murder in connection with the stabbing death of his girlfriend, 37-year-old Ashlei Jones. Jones was found unresponsive on the floor of a bedroom in her Gaithersburg apartment on June 21 with a cutting injury to her neck and throat and was pronounced dead after life-saving attempts failed. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore determined Jones died from multiple sharp-force injuries either the night of June 19 or the early morning hours of June 20. Robinson was arrested Thursday after police were met by him with blood on his hands, and Ring camera footage allegedly showed no one other than Robinson had access to the home during the homicide.
