The Fulton County Sheriff's Office responded to a structure fire at approximately 12:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Vista Oak Lane near Ash Flat, Arkansas, and located Breianna Albee deceased inside the residence. Daniel Milde, 25, was charged with murder, abuse of a corpse, and arson, and has been held at the Fulton County Jail since the day of the fire. An autopsy confirmed Albee had been beaten and died before the fire was set, with investigators finding three points of origin and an accelerant believed to have been used.
