Car Crash Charleston West Virginia in Charleston, West Virginia: A Fayette County driver crashed into a creek on Armstrong Creek Road on a Sunday evening, overturning his vehicle. After getting out of the wrecked vehicle, the man made contact with a downed power line and suffered fatal burn injuries consistent with electrocution.
