Dui Crash Windsor Locks Connecticut in Windsor Locks, Connecticut: A 33-year-old Enfield woman, Diana Bonilla, was charged with driving under the influence after a single-vehicle crash into a building on Main Street in Windsor Locks, Connecticut at approximately 1:04 a.m. on Friday. Police said the driver told them she had just left Black Board Cafe and was heading home to Enfield when she claimed not to know what happened after that. The car was extensively damaged and the building sustained moderate damage; a building inspector determined there were no structural concerns.
