Dui Crash Hardin Kentucky in Hardin, Kentucky: A 2005 Ford Mustang driven by 44-year-old David J. Rhodes of Elizabethtown lost control on Bewley Hollow Road in Hardin County, Kentucky, on Saturday evening at approximately 8:55 p.m., and overturned into a flooded creek, becoming partially submerged. All three occupants were initially transported to Baptist Health Hardin; Rhodes sustained minor injuries and was treated and released. One juvenile passenger suffered life-threatening injuries and was transferred to Norton Children's Hospital, where the juvenile was pronounced deceased on Sunday. A second juvenile sustained minor injuries and was treated and released. Rhodes was being held in the Hardin County Detention Center on a $100,000 cash bond in connection with the DUI wreck.
