Car Crash St Paul Minnesota in St Paul, Minnesota: A driver heading west on Maryland Avenue in St. Paul reported being rear-ended by another driver, whose vehicle then veered off and crashed into Golden Harvest Foods in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood on Monday morning. The truck came through the store and struck the register, coming very close to a cashier who suffered minor bleeding from debris. The at-fault driver was evaluated at Regions Hospital, where it was determined he had a medical emergency at the time of the crash, and he had non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle that was rear-ended was not injured, and the store plans to reopen Tuesday.
