Dui Crash Moulton Alabama in Moulton, Alabama: Garrett Cole Nix, 35, of Decatur, was served with nine arrest warrants after a grand jury indicted him in connection with a fatal April 11 traffic collision at the intersection of Alabama 157 and Alabama 24 in Moulton. The wreck killed 7-year-old Bryleigh Pledger, her twin sister Brynleigh Pledger, 13-year-old Bryant Ballew, and 33-year-old Ashley Hagood, all from Hartselle, and seriously injured 10-year-old Bentley Pledger. Nix was indicted on four counts of manslaughter, first-degree assault, DUI of a controlled substance, running a red light, speeding, and not wearing a seat belt. Moulton police, with help from Cullman, Hoover, and Huntsville police departments, determined the traffic signal had been red for Nix before he entered the intersection.
