Hit And Run Knoxville Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee: A woman riding a bicycle eastbound in the left lane of North Peters Road in Knoxville was rear-ended by an unknown sedan just after midnight on June 21, ejecting her and causing multiple injuries. The driver fled the scene without stopping, leaving the cyclist in the median. A Good Samaritan from a nearby tap house heard the collision and stayed with the victim until paramedics arrived.
