Car Crash Investigative Services Louisiana in Investigative Services, Louisiana: Master Sergeant Tyler Marie Grezaffi, 28, a corrections officer at Louisiana State Penitentiary, died in a car accident on the grounds of the facility on March 18, 2026. On June 22, 2026, she was honored with a memorial ceremony and the dedication of a custom-built Honor Chair donated by the nonprofit Saving a Hero's Place. The chair will be displayed in the Investigative Services Building as a permanent tribute.
