Car Crash Columbia Missouri in Columbia, Missouri: Elbert Allen, 69, of Columbia, was driving east on Interstate 70 just west of the Stadium exit on Saturday afternoon around 1:30 when he crashed into a guard rail. He was transported to a local hospital with critical injuries and later died. Columbia Police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them.
