Shooting Clinton South Carolina in Clinton, South Carolina: Brodie Reese, 31, of Clinton, was fatally shot by a Clinton Police officer on Sunday night at Highland Park Apartments on Musgrove Street in Clinton. The Laurens County Coroner's Office responded to a call reporting a fatality shortly after 8:30 p.m., and Reese was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy determined the cause of death as a gunshot wound. The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) is leading the investigation into the officer-involved shooting.
