Shooting Charleston West Virginia in Charleston, West Virginia: Charleston police responded to two violent incidents on Sunday evening. At 7:45 p.m., officers responded to a domestic-related stabbing and arrested Leona Barry, 48, of Alum Creek, for malicious wounding of Dale Snodgrass, 58, of Charleston; the suspect appeared intoxicated and was found a short distance from the residence. At around 11:25 p.m., officers responded to a drive-by shooting in the 2000 block of Hutchinson Street, where Jordan Wooding, 24, of Charleston, was the victim and was uncooperative with law enforcement; police later identified a person of interest in that case.
