Car Crash Brookfield Connecticut in Brookfield, Connecticut: A 66-year-old Brookfield man was found dead after an ATV crash in the woods near Candlewood Shores Road in Brookfield on a Friday night. He died of blunt force trauma to the torso, and his death was ruled accidental by the state Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. Officers responding to a missing person report found he had crashed an ATV into the woods and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Brookfield Police Department's Accident Investigation Team is investigating.
