Car Crash Brookfield Connecticut in Brookfield, Connecticut: Brookfield police say 66-year-old Francis M. Flanagan III of Brookfield was found dead after an ATV crash discovered Friday night near Candlewood Shores Road. Police say they received a missing-person report on June 26. Police and EMS determined the sole occupant was deceased at the scene. The incident remains under investigation by the Brookfield Police Department's Accident Investigation Team.
