Brookfield man dies in ATV crash near Candlewood Shores Road

Car Crash Brookfield Connecticut in Brookfield, Connecticut: A 66-year-old Brookfield man was found dead after crashing an ATV into the woods near Candlewood Shores Road in Brookfield on a Friday night. Officers responding to a missing person report found him and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The state Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined he died of blunt force trauma to the torso and ruled his death an accident. The Brookfield Police Department's Accident Investigation Team is investigating.
