Assault Brandon Vermont in Brandon, Vermont: Tamara Stone, 51, of Brandon, pleaded not guilty to attempted second-degree murder and aggravated domestic assault in connection with a double stabbing at a trailer on Triangle Court in Brandon, Rutland County, Vermont. Stone fled after the stabbings and turned herself in to police 48 hours later after calling 911. She is held without bail pending a weight-of-the-evidence hearing in Rutland. Court documents also raise questions about Stone's potential connection to the unsolved shooting death of her brother, Brian Bailey, 46, who was found shot on May 24, 2025, on Champearl Road in Brandon.
