Car Crash Georgia Today in Georgia: A Bibb County sheriff's deputy and another driver were injured in a crash at the intersection of Georgia Highway 247 and Napier Avenue in Bibb County on a Sunday night. According to the Georgia State Patrol, the deputy was driving southbound on Highway 247 with flashing lights and an activated siren when the patrol vehicle collided with another car going in the opposite direction. Both the deputy and the other driver were taken to Atrium Health for treatment of their injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
