Dui Crash London Kentucky in London, Kentucky: Amber Taylor, 39, of London, turned herself in to Laurel County deputies on an indictment warrant Monday morning. She is charged with first-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, and DUI (first offense) with aggravating circumstances stemming from a Feb. 20, 2026 crash on KY 192 west of London, where she allegedly crossed the center line and struck another vehicle head-on, critically injuring a 31-year-old passenger who was airlifted to UK HealthCare in Lexington. Taylor was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
