Car Crash Valley North Dakota in Valley, North Dakota: A 91-year-old man was rescued from his vehicle after it ran off the road into a pond late on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Barnes County deputies responded to a call about a suspicious person near the intersection of County Road 22 and County Road 3, where the man had stopped at a residence asking for gas. On June 25, first responders and a drone team located the vehicle about half a mile from the road down a steep embankment, halfway submerged in water. The man was found responsive and transported to Mercy Hospital in Valley City by ambulance to be checked for injuries.
