Car Crash Simi Valley California in Simi Valley, California: A white Tesla crashed into Urbane Cafe at a Target shopping center at 51 Tierra Rejada Road in Simi Valley on Monday around 2:30 p.m. The driver lost control, jumped the curb, and struck a 79-year-old pedestrian from Agoura Hills who was walking on the sidewalk outside the cafe. The pedestrian suffered serious life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Four other people were treated for minor injuries, and one of three children inside the Tesla was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Police said drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors, and the cause remains under investigation.
