Drowning Hochatown Oklahoma in Hochatown, Oklahoma: The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating a drowning on Broken Bow Lake near Marina Cove that occurred around 5 p.m. Sunday. Willard Phillips, 68, was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The other two passengers on the pontoon boat were not injured.
