Shooting Chicago Illinois in Chicago, Illinois: A 57-year-old man was critically wounded in a shooting in the Roseland neighborhood on Chicago's South Side at about 4:15 a.m. Monday. Police said the man was found with a gunshot wound to the chest in the 9900-block of South State Street and was transported to Advocate Christ Hospital in critical condition.
