28-year-old Haverhill man killed in wrong-way crash on I-93…
Hit And Run Boston Massachusetts in Boston, Massachusetts: Riley Sergi, a 28-year-old Haverhill man, was killed early Sunday morning when an SUV heading the wrong way on Interstate 93 northbound in Boston collided head-on with his Chevrolet Cruze near Exit 15A. State Police said Antone Carvalho, 81, of Somerset, was driving a Cadillac Escalade that wrongly entered I-93 north from Exit 15B. Two other drivers — one in an Audi A4 and one in a Honda Odyssey carrying a family of four — attempted to avoid Carvalho and collided with each other. The family of four was transported to a Boston-area hospital; police did not say if anyone in the Audi was injured. Carvalho is scheduled to appear in court at a later date, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.
