Car Crash Sister Bay Wisconsin in Sister Bay, Wisconsin: A 21-year-old Ephraim woman riding a scooter was struck by a car while making a left turn on state highways 42 and 57 in Sister Bay shortly after 4:30 p.m. Friday. She was cited for failing to yield. The scooter rider suffered minor injuries that did not require hospitalization. The 78-year-old Rockford, Illinois, driver and his 16-year-old passenger were not injured.
