Dui Crash Kentucky Today in Kentucky: The body of 19-year-old Marly Kinney of Ashland, Kentucky was recovered at 3:45 p.m. Sunday from Grayson Lake in Carter County after she had been missing since Wednesday afternoon. Kentucky Fish and Wildlife said Kinney was a passenger on a rented pontoon boat at Grayson Lake Marina and did not return with the group. An arrest citation reports 23-year-old Cameron Conley, the driver of the boat, was arrested for operating a boat while intoxicated; troopers said they smelled alcohol on him and noted bloodshot, glassy eyes, and Conley admitted to drinking while operating the boat. Her cause of death has not been determined.
