Car Crash Northern Tuscarawas Ohio in northern Tuscarawas, Ohio: An 18-year-old New Philadelphia man was killed in a two-vehicle crash in northern Tuscarawas County on Sunday evening. The Ohio State Highway Patrol says Ridge Reichman was pronounced dead at the hospital after his car was struck at North Orchard Avenue and Northwood Avenue NE, east of Bolivar. Troopers say his car failed to yield to an oncoming pickup truck. The Bolivar truck driver and a passenger were not injured.
