Car Crash Wheel Deadly Oregon in wheel deadly, Oregon: An 18-year-old from Washington died Friday morning in a crash on Highway 101 on the southern Oregon coast near Milepost 312, close to Port Orford. Oregon State Police say Luke Anree May Dizon, 18, of Covington, Washington, was driving north in a black Chrysler Pacifica when he reportedly fell asleep at the wheel and drifted into the southbound lane, crashing head-on with a converted school bus driven by a 73-year-old from Fort Bragg, California. Dizon was pronounced dead at the scene. One 18-year-old passenger from Auburn, Washington, was seriously hurt, and two other adult passengers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The bus driver and another adult passenger in the Chrysler were not hurt.
