Motorcycle Crash Virginia Today in Virginia: A 57-year-old motorcyclist was killed early Sunday on Riverview Road in James City County when his motorcycle was struck by a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. The motorcyclist, identified as Gilbert Andrea Allen of Falls Church, was wearing a helmet and was transported to Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. A 16-year-old James City County driver was charged with DUI manslaughter, DUI, unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving after illegally consuming alcohol while under 21, underage possession of alcohol, reckless driving, and failure to maintain control of a vehicle. The teen driver was not injured and remained in police custody.
