14-year-old drowns at Sandy Beach Park in Lake Mills

Drowning Lake Mills Wisconsin in Lake Mills, Wisconsin: A 14-year-old boy from Madison died Sunday afternoon after drowning at Sandy Beach Park in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. The Lake Mills Police Department was called shortly after 3:15 p.m. on a report of a missing swimmer, and the teen was located and removed from the lake by the Lake Mills Dive Team shortly after 3:45 p.m. Emergency medical personnel attempted lifesaving measures, but the boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
