Car Crash Albany For New York in Albany for, New York: New York State Police responded around 8:59 p.m. Saturday to the exit 6 eastbound off-ramp on I-90 in Albany for a wrong-way collision. A Colonie Ambulance traveling eastbound with a patient onboard was struck by a wrong-way driver. The ambulance driver and onboard paramedic were taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries; the patient was not injured and was transported by another ambulance for their original emergency. The wrong-way driver also sustained significant non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Albany Medical Center. State Police are investigating the crash.
