Woman on mobility scooter killed by runaway trailer in Cent…

Car Crash Central Square New York in Central Square, New York: Alice Visneau, 62, of Central Square, was riding a motorized mobility scooter westbound on East Avenue when an enclosed trailer that had detached from an eastbound 2016 Ram 2500 pickup truck struck her at the intersection with Gertrude Drive on June 27, 2026, around 6:45 p.m. She was transported to Upstate Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The pickup was being operated for Big Kahuna Rentals Inc. The Oswego County Sheriff's Office is investigating.
