Around 12:03 a.m., Chicago police responded to the 6300 block of South Richards Drive, where a white sedan with three occupants crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a silver sedan driven by a man. The woman in the white sedan was killed; a 25-year-old man in the same car was transported to a hospital in critical condition, and the driver of the silver sedan was taken to a hospital in serious condition. Police are continuing to investigate.
