The crash, reported shortly after 5:30 p.m., involved a red compact car with heavy front-end damage and a blue pickup truck with all of its air bags deployed. According to Butler Township Patrolman Paul Kuss, the red car ran a red light near the Sheetz on Pittsburgh Road and struck the blue pickup.
