Assault Wellesley Massachusetts in Wellesley, Massachusetts: James Bennett, 58, was stabbed and killed by his son, James Floyd Bennett III (also known as 'Trip Bennett'), 24, of Wellesley, at Phillips Park just after 6 p.m. on Thursday. A witness heard the victim screaming for help, saying 'He is killing me.' Police found James Bennett lying on the ground bleeding profusely from approximately 20 stab wounds. The younger Bennett's defense attorney said his client has a 'significant mental health history.'
