Car Crash Rochester New York in Rochester, New York: Two Rochester men, Charles Barnes, 21, and Quincy Battle, 21, were killed in a wrong-way crash on the Rochester Inner Loop at about 1:26 a.m. on Friday. State police said a 2024 Honda CR-V driven by Nayomi Flores, 39, of Rochester, was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes when it collided head-on with the eastbound Ford Fusion driven by Barnes. A second collision involved a driver identified as Harmon, 29, of Rochester. Barnes and Battle were pronounced dead at the scene, Flores became unresponsive and was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital in critical condition, and Harmon was transported with non-life-threatening injuries. The New York State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit processed the scene.
