Car Crash Gretna Virginia in Gretna, Virginia: On Saturday around 12:50 p.m., a vehicle crashed into a residence in the 12,000 block of East Gretna Road in Gretna, Pittsylvania County, Virginia. While searching the home for injured occupants, first responders discovered a 34-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman, both residents of the home, dead with apparent gunshot wounds. Pittsylvania County Sheriff Mike Taylor said the circumstances prompted an immediate request for law enforcement response. The sheriff's office is investigating and asking anyone with information to come forward.
