Car Crash Brooksville Kentucky in Brooksville, Kentucky: Two people were killed and one was hospitalized after a head-on crash on the AA Highway (KY-9) at Dutch Ridge Road in Bracken County, Kentucky, on Saturday. An Ohio man driving a 2004 Ford SUV west attempted to pass on a double-yellow line and was struck head-on by a 2024 Kia. The driver and passenger of the Kia, Tyler Smith and Emily Smith, were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Ford SUV was transported to UK Medical Center with injuries. The crash remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police.
