Car Crash San Antonio Texas in San Antonio, Texas: Two drivers were killed early Sunday morning in a three-vehicle crash on the southwest side of San Antonio. San Antonio Police Department officers were dispatched around 3:20 a.m. to Southwest Loop 410 near Medina Base Road after reports of a driver traveling northbound in the southbound lanes. When officers arrived, they found three vehicles involved in the collision; two of the three drivers were pronounced dead at the scene, and the third driver was evaluated by EMS and cleared. The vehicles had significant front-end damage and debris was scattered across the highway. The identities of the two people killed had not been released pending family notification.
