Hit And Run San Antonio Texas in San Antonio, Texas: Two drivers were killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the Southwest Side of San Antonio after police were dispatched for a wrong-way driver call at Southwest Loop 410 and Medina Base Road. Officers arriving on scene located a three-vehicle crash and found two of the three drivers dead at the scene. EMS cleared the third driver at the scene. The San Antonio Police Department is investigating.
